[wtp-jsf-dev] Minor breakage fixed at HEAD

I introduced a small regression a HEAD yesterday as part of code 
cleanup.  The tabbed.properties API used by the faces config editor is 
deprecated (it is the wst API),  but it seems the migration path to the 
org.eclipse.ui.views.properties.* is not as trivial as it appears: in 
some tabs the properties view caused runtime exceptions.  The changes 
have been reverted for now until we develop enough expertise with the 
relevant code to make the changes properly.

Both these changes are at HEAD and *neither* change has been released to 
an official build stream.
