It's not clear that doing this every week is necessary. We got
in the habit of doing it, and it has produced a little bit of pressure
to keep the project moving, but not enough to be a reason to continue.
I think every other week would be perfectly adequate at this point.
It's also not clear that voice is the right technology. This
creates a lot of off-the-record communications; even in the best case
where we produce detailed minutes, information is lost. A skype chat
or irc channel might be a better way to go. We could still have
appointed times to gather there if we wanted to, but we'd have a lot
more flexibility, and we'd have a log of the conversation.
