Given our discussion in the PMC Meeting,
this is a good idea, and I will go ahead and start the committer process
for Stefan. 
(That is, no need for separate vote
on proposal, vs. vote for committer, in this case, they are the same vote).


WTP Incubator Committers, please examine

We are happy to announce the JPA Diagram
Editor contribution proposal. This proposal was presented before the WTP
PMC and agreed to be started in the WTP Incubator. 
 
Please, consider this mail as official
declaration of the project to the WTP Incubator project and an invitation
to the committers in this project to vote for accepting the contribution
into the WTP incubator.
