The fact that Vex stands for "Visual Editor for XML" would be an 
argument for the notation in upper-case letters but Vex was created at 
SourceForge and the authors have choosen the notation with a lower-case 
"ex".

If nobody objects I would like use the notation "Vex" only as from now.
