[wtp-incubator-dev] RelaxNG Text Editor

The RelaxNG text editor code has been checked in to wtp source editing, 
after receiving approval.   You will need both the XText and XPand 
plugins included from the eclipse Galileo update site in order to get a 
clean compile of the plugin.   All the source has been generated from 
the XText based grammar.   There are some edge cases that I still need 
to work out in the XText grammar to handle some situations, but it 
should be good enough for some basic testing work.
