[wtp-incubator-dev] WTP Incubator Homepage Updates

I'm working on some home page updates for the WTP Incubator.  Work is 
being tracked under bug 286342.

If there are any updates or links to pages you would like to have added, 
please let me know by commenting on the bug.   I'll try and incorporate 
them.

One thing I did notice is that the JAX-WS wiki page is missing the 
Incubating Egg.  I believe all Incubating projects or components are 
required to display this on their page.
