This is caused by a recent change to the javax.xml.bind bundle. I'm looking into it. If you want to get the current Integration Build 20090515001906 to work. You can download an earlier Runtime or SDK build from here http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R0.5/I-I20090505172058-20090505172058/ Extract the javax.xml.bind bundle and then replace the one you downloaded earlier. Run Eclipse with a -clean flag and that should fix the problem. Also the Labeled "CXF Web Services" does NOT list in the update site anymore.
