[wtp-incubator-dev] XSL Tools discussion now on WTP-Dev

For those adopters and community members that have been following XSL 
Tools discussions here, the discussions should now take place on 
WTP-Dev, or WTP-WST-DEV mailing lists.   We appreciate all the feedback, 
and look forward to continual improvement of XSL Tools and related xml 
technologies.

Also, the Team Project set files have moved as well.  These can now be 
found in the sourceediting/development/projectset folder.  I'll update 
the wiki link as well.
