Oisin, I added this the Category:Eclipse_Web_Tools_Platform_Project in 
the wiki, so this main page shows up on the Webtools category page.

You will probably want to create your JAXWS and the general web services 
Catagories as sub catagories of the Eclipse_Web_Tools_Platform_Project 
category.
