org.eclipse.wst.xsl.debug is no longer used - and there is a feature in the plugins folder thats not used either.

Which of the plugin projects for debug and launching are not needed any more?  We should delete the unneeded items from CVS so that we don't accidently check those projects out and get conflicts.
