[wtp-incubator-dev] Visual Editor for XML proposal

As I mentioned on the weekly WTP status call, here is the last proposal
that has been under development.

The Visual Editor for XML is a WYSIWYG editor for XML authoring. It is
geared toward the XML authoring community or anybody that needs to edit
XML for possible print publication. VEX already has a wide user
community, and comes with both DITA and DocBook support. It can be
configured for any XML file format that has a DTD, and CSS stylesheets
are used to provide the link for Visual Editing. More information at
the project proposal.
Ed Burnette who is a committer on the Platform UI, as well as a well
known author and blogger (he has written several books using VEX), would
be the project lead and VEX committer coming over with the project.
Anybody else interested in the project can add their name and support to
the proposal.
