I think the best way is to fit right
in to our standard New and Noteworthy. 

There's a section in our web pages repository,
which is 
www/webtools
that is in the directory
development\news\3.0M5
for M5. 

You can follow the example of the proejcts
already there ... you'd provide an 
incubator.xml file and I think an incubator.php
file (though that php file is mostly a copy
of one of the others, with just input
file different) ... your content goes in the xml file. 

Then someone will have to update the
index.xml file to have an incubator section at the end. 

Nitin normally does this organizing,
so I've CC'd him, even though he follows this list, 
to make it more likely he'll see this
request and get things included as you'd like.

How do we go about setting up the new and noteworthy from the upcoming
XSLT tooling Milestone build?   There are at least two noteworthy
items.  XML Perspective, and I believe doug's alternate XPath Navigator
view.

A couple of minor bug fixes as well.
