[wtp-incubator-dev] New XPath view prototype

I've been playing around with the XPath view a little and have added a new one for you to check out. Its a view (just called 'XPath') available in the XML category.

The difference with this one is that:

- it works in the context of the current XML editor, changing as the selected editor changes
- the xpath result is recomputed as you type
- you see the current document location
- errors in the XPath are displayed immediately in red (replacing the document location)
- there are multiple 'sheets' (for want of a better word) that you can choose from so that you can work on several xpaths at once
