[wtp-incubator-dev] Existing Bugs migrated to Bugzilla

I took some time this afternoon and entered in all the existing 
EclipseXSLT and X-Assist bugs and enhancement requests into bugzilla 
under the incubator project.  These all have [xslt] in the summary.

Also, I've posted a general comment to the orginal contribution 
submission to ask for community feedback on enhancements/bug reports.  
This way we can help use feedback from the community to create the 
product backlog.
