Hi folks,

This is a quick reminder that we're gathering tomorrow for the M3 build. The preliminary agenda can be found at https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_2022-11-10.

Briefly, what's happening:

• We're pivoting from our own Jetty p2 repository to one supplied by the Oomph project
• An ICU wiring at runtime problem has appeared for upgraded (non-fresh) installations caused by the lack of package versions in the most recent bundle provided in the RCP feature, while package imports were the recommended style for dependencies earlier: https://bugs.eclipse.org/580788. A solution has been committed.
• Migration from Bugzilla+Gerrit is coming, but no decision has been made between GitLab and GitHub for our project repositories. No Committers have yet voiced an opinion, other than myself.
• Our web site repository, on the other hand, has been moved to GitLab.
