[wtp-dev] Reminder: status call for 3.19 tomorrow

Just a quick reminder that our regularly scheduled status call, the
final one for our 3.19 release, is
tomorrow. As part of this release, because of the change in runtime
requirements for Eclipse 4.17, all of our builds and BVT are now run
using Java 11. Dali has 22 consistently failing unit tests that could
use some attention.
