[wtp-dev] WTP 3.2 Capabilities still used/needed in JavaEE EPP package f

Just wondering... I see there are 5 capabilities and one into bundle on this ancient WTP 3.2 update site from 2010/06 [1]. 

They're referenced in the JEE EPP bundle config [2].

Why do we need these? Should they be updated? Why was there never an R build of this stuff? Are they even compatible with WTP 3.11? Could we remove them and see who notices?

On a related note, I've moved them from download.eclipse.or to archive.eclipse.org as part of BZ 533631 [3].
