Which publishing problems for wildfly did you see ? (Note: I assume you are using JBoss tools for that since WTP JBoss server adapter support stops at as5 and actually won't be part of eclipse luna because they are outdated).

My experience so far is that Glassfish server adapter cannot install on Luna (or at least I haven’t found the right repo)

JBoss Server(WildFly) adapter for Luna had some problems publishing last week.

 

Thankfully tomcat 8 can be used for Web 3.1 projects.
