[wtp-dev] Last notice for IP log submission

As was mentioned in the status meeting
today, we are a day late on our IB log submission.

All project leads please generate a
report for you project, and pay attention to the "recommendations"
section that flags attachments made by non-committers.
Go ahead and add the +iplog flag if
this was an accepted fix.

If I don't hear anything by later tonight,
I will generate a report including all subprojects and will submit.
