The plan, baring any show stopping catch-your-computer-on-fire
type of bugs, it that this WTP 3.2.2 build will be our Helios SR1 contribution.


Over the next few days, we'll rename
it to an "R-build" but the jars/bytes don't change for that,
just zip file names, webpages, etc. I'll also manually tweak the download
page to put "final" URLs for our pre-reqs. This final download
page will not be linked from main download page until release day, 9/24.
