I've added the new ones, but didn't
delete any. The interface at the Eclipse Foundation Portal allows "self
service" for additions, but not deletions. If we ask nicely, the webmasters
can delete some for us .. but, I think we must have a ton of unused ones,
especially in WTP Incubator? So, let's wait and someday we'll have a more
focused effort and do a more complete cleanup, instead of asking webmasters
for a few at time. Hope they are not too confusing in the meantime.

Hi David,

Can you please update the target milestones as follows:
- delete "0.7 M3" and "0.7 M4" (as no one in WebTools
use them anymore)
- add: "0.8 M1", "0.8 M2" and "0.8 M3"
- leave "0.8" as it is
