Nitin Dahyabhai has expired the commit rights for Doug Satchwell
(dsatchwel).  The reason for this change is:

Doug's work has taken him away from the Source Editing project for some
time now.  I'd like to thank him for his past contributions and wish him
good luck with his newer endeavors.
