Just noticed
that EMF Validation framework is listed with the prereqs for 3.1.2 builds. It
is not listed on the 3.1.1 release page. Is this is an intentional change to
SR2 prereqs or did some 3.2-specific releng changes slip into 3.1 maintenance
stream?
