emf.validation is a pre-req
of only JAXWS features, which is in only WTP 3.2.

I've opened bug 301591 to track
repair of web page that is generated during a build.

Just noticed that EMF Validation framework
is listed with the prereqs for 3.1.2 builds. It is not listed on the 3.1.1
release page. Is this is an intentional change to SR2 prereqs or did some
3.2-specific releng changes slip into 3.1 maintenance stream?
