Just between us, all hush-hush. While this is intended as our M4, its not
officially due until Tuesday 12/15, and Helios M4 is not until Friday,
12/18. As I mentioned on status call, there is some teeny tiny chance we
might have to respin if one of our pre-reqs does something odd, or update
repository doesn't work for some reason.
So, I'd prefer broad announcements or news items not be made until then
... I think Helios milestone date is best.
This gets more important as we get closer to release ... so should start
the habit now.
We can of course announce on our developer mailing lists, since that's
primarily for committers and adopters. If casual (but brave) end-users
went to get M4 now, they might be confused to find the final M4 of
Platform, EMF, etc., are not even ready yet.
