Note, this build will be called our "official" Helios M1 when its due next 
Tuesday (assuming there's no more blocking problems found!) as it should 
fit into and be installable from the common discovery site. 

But, its jars are unsigned. And, it was not literally built with Helios 
pre-reqs, but should run with them (since contains fix for our 'narrow 
range' bug, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=286641).

I have left the original M1 S build on the download site, 
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.2/S-3.2M1-20090813235332/
even though it's been "hidden" if you just look at the main download URL
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/
... just in case case anyone wants signed content, or or something.
