[wtp-dev] Plan for 3.1 M3 Test week

Hi Team,

3.1 M3 is to be declared this Friday
Nov 7th.  
This week is our 3.1 M3 test week.  Teams
are expected to be running tests, verifying bugs fixed, and smoketest the
build as part of the overall test plan throughout the week. (there will
be no smoketest request on Thursday)

Action items
1) Please update the below FVT test
page with your test plans, and update your test results by 3pm EST this
Friday.

2) There are currently 8 enhancements
and 14 bugs targeted to M3.  Please double check that they are still
in plan for this week, otherwise please re-target.  Thank you!
