[wtp-dev] What is wrong with project plan infra?

It seems that every time I have to change project plan XML my projectplan takes hours before it will show again. This last time, I updatedit yesterday morning and it is still not rendering. Does anyone knowwhat is going on? The raw Xml shows the expected content.
