There are no graphical/properties styles tools for WS-Addressing in the WSDL editor. However, the editor is extensible to add such capability.
When I work with the new WS-* specs like addresing or policy, I do switch to the XML source tab, add the namespaces and XSD to the catalog to get code-assist.
