Great, we'll look forward to more contributions from you! :)

It is sometimes a little fuzzy, and we always try to be helpful,
but if in doubt, think of it as "committers == mailing lists",
"end-users and adopters == newsgroups",

"Contributors" (such as you) are maybe the in between case.
I'd say if it's about a contribution you are making to WTP (via bugzilla, code-patch, test cases, etc.), then these lists are fine,
but, if it happens to be about something else (your own products use of WTP API, say,  ... then, mailing lists
and bugzillas are better.

But, we are as not as picky about it as some of those other Eclipse Projects we've heard about :)
And will do what we can to keep all communications going, as I'm sure you will as well.

With all do respect, which mailing list *is* appropriate for coding on
TOP of wtp?

It would seem to me that coding on top of wtp relates directly to the
coding of wtp.
