Title: M3 critical bug

Hello,

I want to bring attention again on bug 208462:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=208462

This bug is still available in the latest M3 build. It is critical, because the user can very easily go into this situation (Project Exlporer does not show the projects) and the only way I know to recover from this is to start in a new workspace. This problem makes bad impression for the out of the box experience with WTP.
