Note:

There is a blocking bug in the JPA component, 209275, please see bugzilla for details https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=209275
There are 2 Junit failures on the build, these are intermittent failures and not believed to affect the fitness of the build.
