[wtp-dev] Planning to archive old releases

Our current downloads page has at least
2, if not 3 builds that could be moved to archived
builds, since 
hopefully not frequently needed and
there should be no need to mirror them any longer. 

I think it would also simplify users
choices if they are new to WTP to make it more obvious 
what the very most recent release is
they should get. 

If no objections, I'll move these three
to archived

Let me know if anyone has other suggestions. 

And, just looking at the archived builds page, I see we
still have milestones and RC candidates there from R2.0. 
I'll be deleting those from that archive site, so ...
if anyone wants to save their own personal copy, now's the time to get
it!
