[wtp-dev] Branching Policy and Practices

I've started writing up my suggestion
for managing when and what to branch.

It is a compromise to "branch everything"
and "branch one at a time". 

It is based on using the map files as
the unit of bundles to branch as a group. 

Eventually I'd like to document more
"how to" information, such as how to use the 
Load Map File action as a sort of team
project set. 

So, please read the wiki page, and comment
there on further suggestions or refinements. 
We can even try using the "talk"
page there to carry on discussion or ask questions.
