The WTP 2.0 RC3 Driver is tested and declared:

WTP RC4 will be declared next week, with 3 PMC votes required for each bug. These should be stop ship caliber bugs only, and our mind set should really be shifted towards testing what we have. We will not plan on having any builds after RC4 for Europa.
