Okay, I finally got it working. In case you would wonder, here are the configurations:

Tomcat v5.5.23

jre1.5.0_11

Eclipse: wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-1.5.4-win32.zip

WindowsXP SP2

And, make sure Eclipse is installed in root directory, i.e. "C:\" in Windows machine.
