Thank you for replying!
I download and installed the newest version of WTP 2.0 driver as directed. Only this time, I have the following error:
IWAB0489E Error when deploying Web service to Axis runtime
axis-admin failed with {
http://xml.apache.org/axis/}HTTP (404)/ConverterProj/services/AdminService
as I tried to replicate your tutorial on creating the bottom up web services.
The detail configurations are the following:
WindowsXP SP2
JRE 1.6.0_1
Tomcat 6.0
Axis2 runtime
Any more suggestions to fix this? Thank you very much!

).
It's in this week's WTP 2.0 driver (http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/drops/R2.0/S-2.0RC2-200706010614/
).
You could give that a try. If you still have problem, please
open a bugzilla defect on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/ with the details
of how to reproduce the problem and your configuration.
This distribution list is supposed to
be used for WTP development purpose. You could also use the WTP newsgroup
to discuss general usuage issues:
