[wtp-dev] Just released generics changes to faceted project framework

Per the plan that has been discussed over the last month, I have just released the changes to the faceted project api to use Java 5 generics as well as other misc enhancements that I have been withholding the release of until M5 was declared and M6 development has started. I will be monitoring the build for problems, but please let me know if you spot anything out of whack.
