Hi Kathy,

I'm not sure you've hit a new problem.
We've had several reports of this problem since (I think) before WTP 1.0.
There's even a faq entry for the question you asked [1]. Did you recently
change your VM?

Hi, 

Has anyone run into OutOfMemoryError with the latest WTP 2.0 driver?  I
started seeing this problem in WTP 2.0 drivers starting late last week
when running Web services scenarios and had been able to reproduce this
with different WTP 2.0 drivers.  However, we don't suspect the problem
is specific to Web services scenarios.  We are currently trying to
isolate the problem by using different tools. 

Here's the error: 

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
