[wtp-dev] WTP metrics now available via ohloh.net

Arthur and I recently added WTP to ohloh.net (a nifty web site for
understanding open source projects).   You can take a look at the metrics
here [1].   Hats off to Chuck for being the most active contributor!   I
wonder what that one LGPL licensed file is?
