[wtp-dev] getting the tags and attributes in a tld file

Could someone point me to the code that parses tld files in a web project?

 

The JSP editor knows about the tld file in my WEB-INF/tld/ folder because it is available for content assist and also lists all of the attributes in the properties window.  I need to examine this code to perform a similar function.
