[wtp-dev] No Server Perspective

Web services newbie here.  I found the “Web Tools Evaluation Guide” article, which shows a Server Perspective in Eclipse.  I am using Eclipse 3.1.1 and can find no such perspective.  It’s not in WindowsàOpen PerspectiveàOther..  and there’s no mention of it when I search for “server perspective”  in Eclipse Help.

 

Where does this perspective get loaded?  I’m working on an Apache SOAP application accessing an external web service and I’m desperate to set up TCP/IP monitoring so I can see the SOAP message that is actually being sent out.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
