[wtp-dev] Version problems (again) in the latest declared 1.5.1 build

It happened again. Someone tagged HEAD of org.eclipse.wst.project.facet.core and ui plugins and released those labels into the 1.5.1 map files. I just caught and corrected this, but this means that the plugin version again is going to go in the wrong direction in the next build.
