This was a little different than the build some smoke
tested, but that was only to fix the failing 
JUnit. 

Turns out, the JUnit was working as intended and some
performance tweak made this 
week broke some small function (on Linux only) so that
tweak was backed out. Much thanks 
to Lawrence and Jeffrey for handling so quickly! 

I confirmed (from map files) this was the only difference
in the build, so no re-testing is needed.
