[wtp-dev] Please nominate outstanding WTP 1.5 contributors

Following the example of the Eclipse
platform [1], I've opened bug 148268 [2] to solicit outstanding contributors
to the WTP 1.5 release. While this bug is not meant to
recognize every single commmitter or regular contributor it is appropriate
to nominate new contributors/commmitters and those who went above and beyond
the
call of duty in preparing WTP for the 1.5 release.

When nominating people it is appreciated that you provide a sentence describing
their contribution that will be suitable for publication on a 1.5 recognition
page.

The contributors will be acknowledged
on the WTP website [3].
