What ever happened in the discussion about flagging defects in bugzilla
with either a keyword or status whiteboard field to denote it is in a "request
pmc approval" state?  That would give us a generic, queriable
way to monitor which defects are completed and awaiting approval.  There
could also be an associated field or keyword for "pmc approved".

I suggest we add this to the agenda for the meeting tommorrow.
