[wtp-dev] Will nasty bug targeted for 1.0.3 also be fixed for 1.5?

Will https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=112925, "[emfworkbench] An internal error occurred during: "Initializing Java tooling"" also be fixed for 1.5? The JSF Tools Project is also experiencing major breakage as a result of this issue.
