[wtp-dev] 1.0.2 refreshed for update manager-underscore problem

Ok, ~now~ 1.0.2 is done. This change for the update manager bug should not effect anyone unless
adopters have build scripts that refer to the URL to "pull" 1.0.2 from ... those adopters would
want to use the new URL from http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R-1.0.2-200604280245/
just for consistency and to avoid future confusion. (The code's the same, just some build procedure
changed to avoid underscores in feature qualifier suffixes).

I have tagged all this content that went into 1.0.2 with the R1_0_2 tag, as is our custom, as
it eases some CVS diff operations in future, but, as always the map files tagged for the build
are the final authority if anything ever seems amiss.

Any further maintenance on the 1.0.x stream should continue to use the R1_0_maintenance branch

Thanks all!

... the previous problem with update manager has been fixed and the update site
for WTP can now be used to update to WTP 1.0.2.

If you already have WTP 1.0.1 installed, you can use "find updates for exiting
features" to update (you might have to do it twice, to get both WST, and JST features --
see bug 139659.) https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=139659

If 1.0.1 is not already installed, you can follow the steps described at
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/

Also, since the fix for the update site required us to remove underscores from
the feature version qualifiers we have "refreshed" the downloadable
zip files, so they match exactly what's available on the updates site. There was
no ~code~ change ... this was just a change in the build procedure and packaging, so
it is not considered it a new release, and there is no reason to get a new version,
if you already installed the previous version. We only do this so its less confusing
in the months to come to just have one set of feature definition version ids.
Any bugs are against the code plugins, and they still all have exactly the same
content, and the same version ids. But, this refresh might effect adopters who
"pull" the content for their own builds or packaging, since the new URL for the
refreshed zips will change to be
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R-1.0.2-200604280245/
It will take a day or so for that content to be replicated and available for download,

but the update manager site is ready now.

Thanks again
