[wtp-dev] Final Release Candidate (RC3) for WTP 1.0.2

At the request of some of our adopters,
we've produced this RC3 version of WTP 1.0.2. 
Unless someone finds some surprising,
new, "stop ship" sort of problem, this will become our 
official "1.0.2 release" in
one week. There will be a new "build", just to get the name 
consistently 1.0.2 throughout, but,
otherwise will be the same code as this one.
