This is a duplicate of a resolved 1.5
bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=129059.

The problem is on J2EE module import
the add to ear checkbox is ignored.  This is a bad out of the box
stumbling point, very confusing, and is a regression The fix is trivial,
it is merely to forward the setting from the import data model to the project
creation data model.  It is tested in 1.5 and in 1.0.2 now.
